Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all teams participating in Cosmogym Summer 4all.

For Early Booking Registrations

Cancellations made until December 31 will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made from January 1 to March 31 will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made from April 1 to May 31 will incur a 60% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made from June 1 until the day before the event are nonrefundable.

For Regular Registrations

Cancellations made until January 30 will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made from February 1 to March 31 will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made from April 1 to May 31 will incur a 60% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made from June 1 until the day before the event are nonrefundable.

Additional Information

• The above cancellation fees apply to the total cost of the team’s participation, including Accommodation Packages and Participant Cards, and not only to the advance payment.
• For Accommodation Packages, the fee is calculated based on the price per person in a triple or 4-bed room.
• From June 1 onwards, any cancellation — including the cancellation of a single participant — is nonrefundable.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

Festival Cancellation Contingencies

In the event of a pandemic, natural disaster (earthquake, wildfire, flood), or other circumstances beyond our control, Cosmogym Summer 4all may be canceled or rescheduled. We remain dedicated to the health and safety of all participants and will strictly adhere to the directives issued by the Government of Greece and the Municipality of Loutraki. Please be advised that the Organizing Committee of Cosmogym shall not be held liable for any inconveniences resulting from such occurrences. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

Festival Adjustments Due to Weather Conditions

In the case of adverse weather conditions or other minor unforeseen events, the program of Cosmogym Summer 4all may be adjusted, and venue changes may be made as necessary. We are committed to minimizing any disruptions and will ensure that all participants are informed of any modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
