Accommodation & Transportation (2025 rates)
The Accommodation Packages, based on selected hotels in the center and on the outskirts of the city of Loutraki, are the following:
3-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 520 euro per person (extra night 80 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 420 euro per person (extra night 55 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 370 euro per person (extra night 50 euro per person)
2-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 430 euro per person (extra night 60 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 340 euro per person (extra night 40 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 310 euro per person (extra night 30 euro per person)
What is included:
– VAT, hotel and municipal taxes
– 5 nights in hotel rooms (6 days)
– Halfboard (breakfast and lunch (or dinner upon request))
– Transfer from/to the Athens Airport with shuttle busses
– Morning half day trip to Ypanema Beach Bar, located in the area of the Heraion Lagoon, or at a nearby beach destination.
For early booking registrations (until 31/12/2024) the cost is as follows, and includes all the above:

- Single Room Package: 490 euro per person (extra night 80 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 390 euro per person (extra night 55 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 340 euro per person (extra night 50 euro per person)
2-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 400 euro per person (extra night 60 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 310 euro per person (extra night 40 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 280 euro per person (extra night 30 euro per person)
Accommodation Info
Our Accommodation & Transportation Package includes a 5-night stay in a hotel, covering either June 29–July 4 or June 30–July 5.
You may choose to arrive before or depart after the festival dates, though hotel rates will differ for any additional nights, as stated above.
The selected hotels for Cosmogym Summer 4all are located both in the center and on the outskirts of Loutraki. Due to a limited number of rooms, registrations and hotel reservations will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis.
During Pre-Registrations, you can choose between 3-star and 2-star hotel options. Please note that 2-star hotels are limited in availability and will remain an option until February 28, 2025, or until fully booked.
Most hotels offer double and triple rooms, with a small number of four-bed or single rooms available. The room distribution will be proportional to all types of rooms according to hotel availability at the time of your registration.
During Final Registrations, you can state any preferences you might have regarding the hotel rooms. The final room allocation will be provided to you by us based on hotel availability at the time.
Due to the ongoing economic uncertainty, setting prices far in advance has become challenging. While we are making every effort to keep our rates unchanged, please note that a slight price adjustment may be necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Schedule
31/12/2024 Early Booking Pre-Registrations deadline: Advance payment of 130 euro per person (for 3-star hotels) and 100 euro per person (for 2-star hotels) for the Accommodation & Transportation Package
31/03/2025 Pre-Registrations deadline: Advance payment of 130 euro per person (for 3-star hotels) and 100 euro per person (for 2-star hotels) for the Accommodation & Transportation Package
31/05/2025 Final Registrations deadline: Payment of the remaining amount of the Accommodation & Transportation Package
Team registrations will only be considered valid once all payments have been made on time.
