Accommodation & Transportation (2027 rates)
The Accommodation Packages, based on selected hotels in the center and on the outskirts of the city of Loutraki, are the following:
3-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 530 euro per person (extra night 85 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 440 euro per person (extra night 65 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 400 euro per person (extra night 55 euro per person)
2-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 460 euro per person (extra night 70 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 370 euro per person (extra night 50 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 350 euro per person (extra night 45 euro per person)
What is included:
– 5 nights in hotel rooms (6 days)
– Breakfast and lunch
– Transfer from/to the Athens Airport with shuttle busses
– Morning half day trip to Ypanema Beach Bar, located in the area of the Heraion Lagoon, or at a nearby beach destination.
All listed prices include VAT and Municipal Taxes. Overnight Stay Tax (paid per room, per night) is not included in the listed prices but will be added to each team’s total accommodation cost.
- 3-star Hotel Option: 5 euro per room per night
- 2-star Hotel Option: 3 euro per room per night
For early booking registrations (until 15/12/2026) the cost is as follows, and includes all the above:

- Single Room Package: 510 euro per person (extra night 85 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 420 euro per person (extra night 65 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 380 euro per person (extra night 55 euro per person)
2-star Hotel Option
- Single Room Package: 440 euro per person (extra night 70 euro per person)
- Double Room Package: 350 euro per person (extra night 50 euro per person)
- Triple or 4-bed Room Package: 330 euro per person (extra night 45 euro per person)
Accommodation Info
Our Accommodation & Transportation Package includes a 5-night stay in a hotel, from July 1 to July 6, with five breakfasts and lunches provided.
You may choose to arrive before or depart after the festival dates; however, extra nights include only breakfast. Teams may add extra lunch or dinner upon request. The prices for additional meals will be available from January 2027.
The package also includes one group transfer from/to Athens International Airport with shuttle buses. For individual arrivals, if the arrival time does not align with any other team’s scheduled transfer, an additional transportation cost will apply.
The selected hotels for Cosmogym Summer 4all are located both in the center and on the outskirts of Loutraki. Due to a limited number of rooms, registrations and hotel reservations will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis.
During Pre-Registrations, you can choose between 3-star and 2-star hotel options. Please note that 2-star hotels are limited in availability and will remain an option until January 31, 2027, or until fully booked.
Most hotels offer double and triple rooms, with a small number of 4-bed or single rooms available. During Pre-Registrations, room allocation will be distributed as evenly as possible among double and triple rooms, based on overall availability.
Please note that teams cannot select their own room distribution and it is not possible to accommodate groups exclusively in triple or 4-bed rooms. All groups will receive a combination of room types based on final hotel capacity.
During Final Registrations, you may state any specific preferences regarding room types (e.g., single rooms). The final room allocation will be confirmed by us according to hotel availability at the time of Final Registration and may differ from the preliminary allocation provided during Pre-Registrations.
Due to the ongoing economic uncertainty, setting prices far in advance has become challenging. While we are making every effort to keep our rates unchanged, please note that a slight price adjustment may be necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment Schedule
15/12/2026 Early Booking Pre-Registrations deadline: Advance payment of 130 euro per person (for 3-star hotels) and 100 euro per person (for 2-star hotels) for the Accommodation & Transportation Package
15/03/2027 Pre-Registrations deadline: Advance payment of 130 euro per person (for 3-star hotels) and 100 euro per person (for 2-star hotels) for the Accommodation & Transportation Package
15/05/2027 Final Registrations deadline: Payment of the remaining amount of the Accommodation & Transportation Package
Team registrations will only be considered valid once all payments have been made on time.
