Cosmogym Summer 4all Pass
The Cosmogym Summer 4all Pass costs 50 euro per person and includes:
- Participation rights in all festival activities
- Lanyard with personal accreditation
- Entrance to all festival venues
- Commemorative diploma and medal for every participant
- Special gifts for each team
- Administrative and organizational support before and throughout the event
- Security services during the festival
- First aid services during performances
The cost of the participant passes is paid upon your arrival in Loutraki.
Cosmogym Stage
The main stage of the festival, where all team performances and workshops take place, is located at Loutraki Beach Park. The Cosmogym Stage is a custom-built structure designed exclusively for the festival’s needs.
Stage Specifications:
- Height (from ground): approx. 90 cm
- Width: 18 m
- Depth: 18 m
- Wing space (left): 2 m × 4 m
- Wing space (right): 4 m × 4 m
Apparatus Information
The following apparatus will be available for team performances:
- 1 Performance area (14 m × 14 m) – 7 roll mats, thickness 37 mm
- 5 Gym mats (200 cm × 120 cm × 7 cm)
- 6 Loading mats à 200 cm × 260 cm × 20 cm
- 1 Loading mat à 200 cm × 400 cm × 10 cm
- 2 Mini trampolines (112 cm × 112 cm, Eurotramp open ends)
- 1 Vaulting box
- 1 Air track (15 m × 2 m × 0.20 m, AirTrack Factory)
If your team requires any additional apparatus not listed above, please contact the Organizing Committee in advance to confirm whether it can be provided.
Team Performances
- There are no age limits or restrictions on the number of participants per team.
- No specific technical skill level is required.
- The maximum duration of each performance is 10 minutes.
- Teams have the opportunity to perform twice during the festival, with each performance scheduled on a different day.
Medical Care
A medical team will be present at all festival venues, providing first aid and paramedical support whenever needed.
Participating teams are required to arrange their own insurance coverage for all members in case of illness or accident.
Visas
The Organizing Committee will assist teams from countries whose citizens require a Visa to enter Greece.
An official invitation letter will be sent to the relevant Greek Consulates to confirm your participation.
Please note that the final decision for issuing visas rests solely with the Greek Embassies or Consulates in your country.
Teams are advised to carefully follow the instructions and documentation requirements provided by the respective authorities.
