Our cancellations and refund policies are as follows:
For Early Booking Registrations
Cancellations made until December 31 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made from January 1 to March 31 will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made from April 1 to May 31 will incur a 60% fee.
Cancellations made from June 1 to a day before the event are nonrefundable.
For all other Registrations
Cancellations made until January 30 will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made from February 1 to March 31 will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellations made from April 1 to May 31 will incur a 60% fee.
Cancellations made from June 1 to a day before the event are nonrefundable.
